JASPER Carlisle, Esme, and I were waiting outside Alice's hospital room. I held my head, hoping she was ok. Then, the nurse came out, tablet in hand, looking serious, yet kind and gentle.
"Mr. and Mrs. Cullen?" she asked. "Yes?" Carlisle replied. "We have the results." "Is she ok?" Esme gasped. "Well..." she began. "we tested her for anything, and it appeared that she's... she's... self inflicted. We have no choice but to send Alice to a mental institution. I'm sorry."

JASPER As we all looked in the bathroom, Alice was on the ground by Edward's now shattered mirror, luckily not harmed by the glass. I looked at her in shock. She was looking at the laminate floor and was hyperventilating.
"It was him!" she declared. "It was who?" I asked her. "Clyde. The guy who hurt me..."
Esme, Carlisle, Bella, Edward, and Emmett all left the room. I got down and sat by Alice. She looked at me.

I left the administrator building. As I was walking to the cabin, I noticed a man staring at me. At first, he startled me, but I figured he's different on the inside. He eyed me as I went in my cabin. It was pretty scary...
When I got in the cabin, the lights were off, and I didn't hear Alice. Was she asleep or something? Did the power go out? What's happened?
"Alice?" I yelled.
No response.

Alice and I finally arrived at the cabin. I grabbed my bags, and Alice grabbed hers. We went in and unpacked our belongings. I put my blankets and pillows on out bed, and settled in. Alice was looking around, while I was holding her hand.
"Do you like it here?" I asked her, whispering in her ear. "Like it? I love it, Jasper! I love you more, though." "I feel the same way."
